DISTINGUISHED LEADERSHIP AWARDS
Rick Henken, President, The Schochet Companies, and the Devenscrest Village team
The Schochet Companies, in partnership with the Devenscrest Tenants Association, Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, housing advocates, and the state, purchased a 114-unit housing complex in Ayer, preserving the property as affordable housing, keeping families in their homes at affordable rents.
